Turning Point's 14th Annual Tara's Walk

  • Freedom Hill Amphitheatre (map)

Turning Point, a local nonprofit whose mission is to provide programs and resources to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, is holding the 14th Annual Tara's Walk on Saturday, September 25 at Freedom Hill Amphitheatre. The walk will be held virtually and in person.

Impact100 Macomb is recruiting volunteers to walk at the event or volunteer at the Children’s Area (activities include pumpkin painting, balloon artist, face painter and caricature artist). We'd love your help in supporting this worthy cause!

All event proceeds go to the Tara Liberation Fund which provides emergency cash assistance for domestic violence survivors. Now more than ever, as a result of the COVID pandemic, survivors need your support. Turning Point hopes not only to have a financially successful event, but to raise awareness of their cause by bringing community members together and letting our voices be heard.
